This week on Las Vegas Down and Dirty with John Drennen:

We’re back after three weeks! Let’s discuss home equity, NHL, NFL, and the rising house prices right here in Clark County.

Nearly 2.2 million people call Clarke County home, and this influx of residents have pushed housing prices up by nearly 15% so far this year. Zillow estimates prices will increase another 8% in the next twelve months, as more people are moving to Las Vegas due to the expensive cost of living in neighboring California.

October 4th, 7:00 pm! Put it on your calendars. It’s the start of the next 2018-2019 NHL season, and I know we’re all ready to once again cheer on the Las Vegas Knights.

Most importantly, let’s give help to those affected by Hurricane Florence on the East Coast. We send our thoughts and prayers to all those affected and to the first responders. You can donate to the hurricane relief through the Red Cross.

See you next week!
